What personal data do we collect?
When submitting a job application we collect your Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Resume and Curriculum Vitae.
When conducting the interview the interviewer may take notes about the process of the Interview.
Why do we collect this information?
We collect this information in order to be able to contact you for an Interview and we may also short list applicants based on skills and experience according to what is written in the Resume and CV.
What do we do with your information?
The Information collected from this secure form will be sent to a centralised mailbox and only people with the appropriate security levels have access to it. Your application may be printed for the purpose of the Interview to be conducted.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
How long do we keep your information for?
After the Interview Process is finished all the information collected from the applicants will be deleted automatically from our systems after 3 months. Any hard copies will be shredded during this time frame as well. When the applicant/s are selected and thus they are employees all the information will be kept in the employee file and a new Privacy Policy will come into force.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
