IT Support Technician 

(Part Time – approx. 15–25 hours per week)

We are currently looking for a Part Time IT Support Technician to join our IT team.

What You’ll Do

The selected candidate will be reporting to the IT & Quality Manager and will be assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, providing first-line support to internal users and contributing to various IT improvement initiatives. The selected candidate will also be performing the following main duties amongst others:

• Providing first-level technical support to users via email, phone, and in person;

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues;

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, printers, and other peripherals;

• Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint;

• Assisting with system backups, updates, and IT asset management;

• Documenting support requests, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system;

• Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary;

• Supporting with small IT projects (network upgrades, new device setups, etc.);

• Maintaining compliance with company IT and data security policies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or in progress);

• Has a minimum 1 year of experience in a similar support role preferred;

• Has knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts;

• Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Is able to work independently and to manage time effectively;

• Is fluent in English (Maltese will be considered as an asset).

Working Hours

Flexible part-time schedule (typically between Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00).
