We are currently looking for a Full-Time People and Performance Lead

What You’ll Do

The selected candidate is expected to provide a high-level operational commitment to the role of a Human Resources Performance Leader as well as lead a broad range of functions within the Human Resources Department including, culture and change management, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and retention, learning and development, policy development and review processes.

• Uphold and promote the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Foster a positive, values-driven, and collaborative team culture.
• Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders to support smooth operations.
• Oversee daily HR workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
• Participate in management meetings, training, and planning sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency in HR practices.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and records.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management would be considered as a strong asset.
• Brings a proven track record of driving employee performance, engagement, and development through innovative and people-cantered initiatives.
• Demonstrates creativity and positivity in designing and implementing HR strategies that foster a thriving workplace culture.
• Has extensive experience in developing and executing HR policies, frameworks, and performance management systems that empower teams and drive organizational success.
• Leads with passion, purpose, and energy, inspiring others to bring their best selves to work every day.
