Food Specialist – HoReCa Channels

We are seeking a Food Specialist to join our HoReCa Sales team, who will be representing a premium portfolio of food brands and driving growth within hotels, restaurants, and cafés.

What You’ll Do

The selected candidate will be reporting to the Business Unit Manager and will be 

performing the following main duties amongst others: 

• Acting as the expert on food trends and category innovation within HoReCa;

• Building strong relationships with Chefs, Pâtissiers, Purchasing Managers, and Restaurant Owners;

• Identifying business opportunities and supporting the Sales team with product demonstrations and culinary solutions;

• Promoting our food portfolio in line with supplier strategies and market needs;

• Organising tastings, training, and culinary workshops;

• Attending trade shows and represent the company with suppliers and customers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the food, hospitality, or FMCG sectors;

• Possesses strong commercial and relationship-building skills;

• Is dynamic, organised, and able to work independently;

• Has excellent communication and presentation abilities;

• Is willing to travel and attend industry events.
