Retail Shop Manager (Full Time)

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Retail Shop Manager to join our Retail team.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the selected candidate will be overseeing the daily operations of the Retail outlet and will be performing the following main duties amongst others:

• Ensuring that the Retail outlet is always in a position to receive customers thus giving them an exceptional shopping experience;

• Maintaining the Retail outlet and checking that the products are being correctly merchandised;

• Ensuring that the outlet is well stocked and that peaks in sales are accounted for;

• Conducting physical stock control on a monthly basis or when necessary;

• Supervising subordinates and ensuring that they perform according to the required procedures;

• Overseeing that the up-selling and prompting techniques are being implemented;

• Actively managing all sales promotions within the Retail outlet and ensuring that all offers are being promoted to each customer at every transaction;

• Ensuring that on-premise security cameras, intruder shop alarms and entrance systems are functioning at all times;

• Managing the daily cash deposits;

• Carrying out administrative work as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous working experience as a Retail Shop Manager and a good understanding of the fashion business;

• Is a strong charismatic and energetic individual having a positive and enthusiastic character;

• Has excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills;

• Possesses strong sales abilities and customer service skills;

• Has strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

• Is able to operate basic business software programs;

• Has a valid working permit and a clean police conduct;

• Is able to work during weekends and public holidays.
