Wines and Spirits Specialist (Full Time)

We are currently looking for a Full Time Wines and Spirits Specialist to join our Sales team.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, growing, and representing our prestigious Wines & Spirits portfolio across the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, bars, and catering) and will be performing the following main duties amongst others;

• Developing and strengthening relationships with HoReCa customers and negotiating sales contracts;

• Promoting and growing the company’s portfolio of premium wines and spirits within trade outlets;

• Coordinating and supporting in-trade promotions, tastings, and brand activations;

• Negotiating product placements, menu listings, and visibility in key outlets;

• Assisting and accompanying suppliers and brand ambassadors during visits to Malta, including market tours and trade events;

• Identifying growth opportunities and preparing feasibility studies for new customers and channels;

• Supporting sales representatives in the field through market visits and trade promotions;

• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with both existing and potential HoReCa clients.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales, ideally within Wines & Spirits or the HoReCa industry;

• Has a passion for wines and spirits, with knowledge of the sector (considered a strong asset);

• Has proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing role;

• Possesses excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills;

• Is able to build productive business relationships and manage key accounts;

• Has strong organizational and time management abilities;

• Is proficient in English and MS Office.

• Is willing to travel overseas when required.

The selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package.
