The following terms and conditions relate to purchasing of products from P.Cutajar & Co. Ltd., operating from P.Cutajar & Co. Ltd., Capital Business Centre, Triq taz-Zwejt, San Gwann, SGN 3000. These terms and conditions apply solely for purchases done through this site and may vary from those regarding purchases either from our shop or from our offices. Our delivery system operates on a fixed route, whereby we have a number of vehicles in specific areas of Malta on specific days. Upon receiving your order, our team will prepare your order it and schedule it for delivery according to our route plan.
Prices are clearly shown next to each product on the web site. Your contractual discounts are automatically added when you select a qty for that specific product. All prices are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. There are no charges for delivery on B2B orders although a minimum order of value of €50 is required to complete your order.
When finalizing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received and is being processed. Deliveries are normally dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Should you have any difficulties you may contact our logistics team directly on email@example.com
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular product we will notify you as soon as possible.
Since our products include alcohol products, sales will not be allowed to users’ age 17 years or under. The B2B platform is only accessible to customers whose age has been verified via the company’s account application process.
Payment for goods bought through our B2B portal can be made on delivery or on account depending on your credit agreement with P.Cutajar & Co Ltd.
On any occasion where the products delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed of this within 3 working days of receipt. We will arrange a collection of these products as necessary, once we have investigated the dispatch records for your order. Subsequently a credit will be posted on your account.
Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from P.Cutajar & Co. Ltd.

Data Collected is as follows: Apart from Business Data such as Outlet Name/Address, we collect the following Personal Information: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, ID Card Number, Owner Signature, Owner ID Card, Guarantor Signature, Guarantor ID Card.
Why do we collect this information?
We collect this information in order to perform the due diligence needed to open the account, for credit purposes, for delivery of products, and for contact purposes including sending of statements, offers, events, product catalogues.
What do we do with your information?
Your information is collected and stored on our e-commerce platform pcb2b.mt and in our ERP system. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
How long do we keep your information for?
As long you remain an active Customer of P.Cutajar all the information data is kept securely stored on our systems. If for some reason you decide to stop being a P.Cutajar Trade Customer you must inform us in writing on the contact details above and any Personal Data will be removed unless there are pending invoices, loans, or disputes such as Credit Issues in which cases the Data will be kept until the disputes are resolved.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
